Description:

Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented engineer with the ability to develop electrical drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will work with a team of designers and engineers to develop electrical design concepts; review drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards and ensure the highest level of quality to assure documents reflect design intent of project scope. Must have experience with solar energy, power distribution systems, electrical schematics and controls, lighting, grounding, communication, fire and security systems, NEC and building codes, cost estimating and construction administration tasks.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering

· PE license or EIT, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

· Facilities power system design experience

· Required knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably REVIT software

· Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)

· LEED Certification or Certified Energy Auditor/Manager a plus

· Commissioning and verification experience a plus

· Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than one week)
