Our litigators are problem-solvers who deliver efficient, desired outcomes to clients facing disputes. The continued growth and expansion of our practice have created the need for a skilled, upper-level associate with 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience in Delaware. This position offers the opportunity for hands-on litigation, including courtroom experience and deposition practice (taking and defending).If you have developed skills in these areas and are looking to gain additional substantive experience with increased responsibility, all while working in a collegial environment, we would like to talk with you. We provide competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses and excellent benefits including an annual contribution of 10% of an employee's gross compensation to Stevens & Lee's defined contribution profit sharing plan, vesting in three years, and 100% coverage of the health care premium for all employees. The base annual pay range for this full-time role is between $170,000 and $250,000.
