Your expertise in building codes, ordinances, and permitting procedures will help us deliver world-class infrastructure without delays. If you're a natural problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a passion for keeping things on track, we want you on our team!

Ready to make an impact? Apply today and help us build the backbone of tomorrow's connectivity!

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of permitting activities for telecom long-haul projects, including private-property facilities and associated public right-of-way requirements

  • Present projects to neighborhood committees and represent the organization at public hearings before governing bodies to obtain required permits
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and stakeholders to maintain compliance with codes, ordinances, regulatory updates, and project timelines
  • Serve as the primary contact for permitting inquiries, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays and keep project progress on track
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of permitting or regulatory compliance experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or similar regulated industries
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and submit permit packages and interpret zoning, building codes, ordinances, DOT, and multi-jurisdictional regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and engineering plans, plus understanding of outside plant design and telecom standards
  • Strong communication and public-speaking skills, with experience presenting to community groups and governing bodies
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, scheduling tools, and the ability to research regulatory updates; Quick Base familiarity is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to coordinate with agencies, attend meetings, or support project sites
  • We're thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Florence, Kentucky soon to become our central hub for collaboration and growth.
