About Pixel LED Displays

Pixel LED Displays is a growing provider of high-quality LED signage and digital display solutions for businesses, schools, churches, municipalities, retail centers, and other organizations. We help our customers increase visibility, communicate more effectively, and promote their brands through customized indoor and outdoor LED display solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative who can generate new leads, build strong customer relationships, and close LED sign sales.
Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, scheduling appointments, visiting businesses, assessing their signage needs, preparing proposals, and guiding customers through the sales process.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, meeting business owners and decision-makers, and developing long-term customer relationships. Experience selling commercial signage, LED displays, lighting, advertising, or other business-to-business products is preferred.
Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, referrals, email outreach, and local market research
  • Identify businesses and organizations that could benefit from new or upgraded LED signage
  • Contact business owners, property managers, school administrators, churches, municipalities, and other decision-makers
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits
  • Understand each customer’s goals, location, budget, and signage requirements
  • Present Pixel LED Displays’ products, capabilities, and solutions
  • Work with the internal team to prepare estimates, proposals, and project recommendations
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and opportunities in the company’s CRM
  • Develop referral relationships with contractors, architects, developers, property managers, sign companies, and electrical distributors
  • Represent Pixel LED Displays professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community events
  • Stay informed about LED display products, market trends, competitors, and local opportunities
  • Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals
Qualifications

  • Previous outside sales or business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Experience in LED signs, commercial signage, digital displays, lighting, construction, electrical products, advertising, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and visiting prospective customers in person
  • Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory
  • Ability to learn technical product information and explain it clearly to customers
