Job description

Job Title: HR Coordinator II Location: Tampa, FL Type: Contract Compensation: $31-$36.28/hr Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (preferred), 40 hours/week Overview Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator II. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of HR Operations experience. Experience with case management, separation processing, and leave of absence is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.
  • Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.
  • Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams as applicable.
  • Administer separation-related documentation such as termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, and compliance forms.
  • Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficiency with Workday; highly preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system; highly preferred.
  • Experience with ADP payroll; preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills beyond basic level, including formulas, reports, and managing spreadsheets.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues without scripts.
  • Experience with case management, separation processing, and leave of absence is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling escalations with minimal supervision, reporting remotely to a manager outside the U.S.
  • English required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, and Portuguese are a plus but not required.
