Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Leasing Professional role based in Charlotte, NC. The Leasing Professional will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly explain lease terms, pricing, and community features. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, processing applications, preparing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration. The role also involves supporting resident retention efforts through proactive communication, timely resolution of resident concerns, and coordination with maintenance and management teams. The Leasing Professional will track leasing activity, maintain organized records, and contribute to meeting occupancy and revenue goals while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
