Job description

I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for daily office operations & duties.
II. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
    • Answering incoming phone calls
    • Weekly/Monthly Billing for multiple locations
    • Assist with Rental Check In/Out
    • Send out titles and other documents
    • Assists with getting Texas tagged plates
    • Fuel Island billing and reconciliation
    • Pay and rebill all tolls
    • Maintain original copy files and upload into Leasing software
    • Filing and back up of Files
    • Vendor set up back up
    • Assisting in Audit reviews
    • Daily Local Office Tasks
    • Responsible for various duties as assigned by the Corporate Accounting Manager
Marginal Job Tasks:
Answer telephones and general office work.
III. CONTACTS
Contacts within the enterprise will include Leasing Office Managers, Leadership Members, Site Lead, and various other managers throughout the company.
IV. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
1. Minimum high school diploma required.
2. Experience in computer input, basic secretarial skills
3. Minimum two years previous experience in office position.
5. Read and write the English Language.
6. Should be able to read computer generated reports, office reports, invoices, etc.
7. Should be able to compute numbers manually, or by use of a calculator or computer.
8. Also is required to operate various office equipment
9. Must be able to use communicative skills to interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a pleasant professional manner
10. Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Outlook proficiently. Excel experience is a plus
