The Housing Company, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable housing solutions, is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an on-site Resident Manager (bilingual preferred) at the Blaine Manor Family Apartments in Hailey, ID. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the community while managing day-to-day operations of an apartment community. The position offers a rewarding chance to support individuals in need and contribute to the well-being of tenants.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee daily operations of  Blaine Manor Family Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns
  • Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines
  • Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
  • Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal
  • Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, along with basic record-keeping and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
