Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.

What you'll do:
  • Assist the Customer Experience (CX) Team with achieving the Sales compliance goals

  • Facilitate training and user adoption of the sales module for Neighbors (tenants), including understanding the sales submission process and training small business Neighbors on the software.

  • Enter monthly sales figures provided via email into MRI, ensuring all data not submitted through DashComm (the software that contains the sales submission module) is accurately recorded.

  • Assist in administrative tasks relating to the Tenant Improvement Allowance Process (i.e. saving packets to RC, and Lien searches)

What you'll learn:
  • The basics of operations in commercial real estate

  • How to read a commercial tenant lease

  • How to utilize various software platforms like DashComm (Tenant Communication Software), IDP (Property Management & Site Mapping Software), MRI (PECO's Enterprise Resource Platform).

  • Basics of Neighbor communication, lease requirements, and understanding the role of Customer Experience in a commercial real estate company

  • How to establish and roll out new processes that impact thousands of DashComm users

  • A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time during the semester in our Cincinnati, OH office

  • Someone who enjoys creative problem solving

  • Someone with patience who can help teach our Neighbors new process
