Job description

The Leasing Specialist plays a crucial role in managing residential apartment leasing operations by assisting tenants, preparing lease agreements, and supporting overall property management. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role ensures smooth lease transactions and fosters positive tenant relationships using tools such as Yardi and AppFolio.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process lease agreements accurately and timely
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
  • Collect rent payments and manage related documentation
  • Resolve tenant conflicts and address leasing issues
  • Maintain accurate data entry in leasing and property management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in leasing or property management
