You'll partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to enhance learning experiences, increase adoption of workplace technologies, and influence how we leverage learning data and systems.

If you're passionate about adult learning, learning technologies, user adoption, and helping people embrace change, we'd love to meet you.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Balance creativity and strategy when solving business challenges.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships and influence without direct authority.
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding practical solutions.
  • Enjoy facilitating learning in virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences for employees across the organization.
  • Create learning content, job aids, guides, and digital resources that support a hybrid workforce.
  • Lead learning initiatives that increase employee adoption, confidence, and effectiveness with workplace technologies.
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.
  • Develop training, communication, and support strategies for new systems, tools, and business initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize learning technologies, including the Learning Management System and digital learning platforms.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of the new employee orientation experience.
  • Analyze learning, engagement, and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve learning technology integrations and the overall employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted consultant on learning, technology adoption, and organizational change.

Education & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience supporting learning technology, HR technology, or digital workplace initiatives.
  • Experience with content authoring tools such as Rise 360, Canva, or LMS creation tools.
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to improve learning and collaboration.
  • Experience within a financial services, banking, or credit union environment.
