Position Overview

Responsible for the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of an overall solution architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation at TruGreen. The candidate will also ensure that the solution meets the organization's expected needs now and in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise cloud solutions architecture for software projects based on business specifications. Provide technical testing and support.

  • Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and approaches, as well develop and implement software applications. Work with project team to design prototypes to validate application functionality.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to development teams when required to ensure quality and productivity.

  • Build a framework for aligning IT portfolio architecture with strategic enterprise initiatives. Maintain a short/long term product architecture roadmap

  • Provide support for resources and drive ongoing improvement upgrades, including following and applying vendors' updates and releases.

  • Determine and communicate key performance indicators (KPI's) for measuring performance in a consistent way across all solutions and cloud applications.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot applications related issues and recommend workaround solutions.

  • Propose most effective architectural solutions to meet cost, quality and schedule requirements.

  • Participate in design, code and test plan reviews as needed and provide recommendations.

  • Assist in development of design documents, white papers, training documents and software architectural documents.

  • Build positive internal customer relationships, and coordinate with peers, business partners, and stakeholders to provide solutions recommendations.

Pay Ranges$136,815.00 - $228,024.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
