Senior Channel Enablement Manager
As a Senior Channel Enablement Manager at Fastly, you will drive the strategy and delivery that arms our global partner ecosystem and Channel Account Managers with the ultimate competitive edge. You'll serve as one of the primary architects behind our channel success, creating high-impact enablement content, delivering engaging virtual sessions, and seamlessly executing end-to-end enablement program logistics. Embedded within a highly collaborative team, you will partner closely with Channel Marketing, Operations, and Program Management to build a cohesive growth engine. Your work directly accelerates Fastly's market reach and revenue by turning complex technology into actionable selling strategies for our partners. By empowering the people who power our platform's growth, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our footprint and defining the future of the edge.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage the Partner Enablement Program
  • Create relevant content and manage the curriculum
  • Execute on strategic initiatives with Channel Marketing, Operations and Program Management
  • Facilitate internal and external training sessions
  • Manage metrics to ensure program success

What We're Looking For:
  • Channel & Partner Enablement Expertise: 5+ years of experience in channel enablement, partner training, or sales enablement within enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity environments
  • Content Creation & Instructional Design: Proven track record of developing engaging, high-impact learning assets-such as battle cards, pitch decks, quick-reference guides, and interactive e-learning modules.
  • LMS & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience administering Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce, WorkRamp, Highspot).
  • Virtual Facilitation & Presentation: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with demonstrated experience leading interactive, large-scale virtual workshops and training sessions for external teams.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Strong project management abilities to align cross-functional initiatives across Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing.
  • Metrics & Analytics Focus: Proficiency in tracking and measuring enablement effectiveness (e.g., partner certification rates, deal registration volume, time-to-first-deal) to continuously optimize programs.

We'll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
  • Partner Ecosystem Mastery: Deep understanding of partner GTM models, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and referral programs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to translate complex cloud technologies (e.g., edge cloud computing, CDN, API security, and serverless architectures) into clear, value-driven sales messaging for non-technical channel reps.

Work Hours:
  • This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

This position is open to Hybrid And Fully Remote Work Locations.
The preferred locations for those who are hybrid include:

  • Remote locations can be anywhere in the United States

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.
There is a strong preference for Hybrid near a local office. However, we may be willing to consider remote candidates within the US.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $129,470.00 to $155,364.00.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly's equity and discretionary bonus programs.
