Learning Mentors work closely with teachers and support staff by regularly discussing students' progress and identifying those who may benefit from additional guidance. They often participate in team meetings, share insights from one-on-one sessions, and help develop personalized support plans. This collaborative approach ensures that interventions are consistent and tailored, enabling students to overcome barriers to learning while fostering a supportive environment. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for delivering cohesive support across the school.
