Baxter Eye Care also provides vision therapy for extraocular muscle imbalances, focusing difficulties, and tracking inefficiences.

Job Description

Greet patients and assist them in properly filling out paperwork

Schedule and confirm appointments

Confirm insurance benefits for both medical and vision plans

Answer phone calls and assist patients calling in with questions, appointment needs, or contact lens orders

Maintain and file patient records

Qualifications

Great customer service skills

Ability to multitask

Team player attitude with good communication skills
