The Learning Systems & Design Specialist owns the learning backbone of the GPS ecosystem.
In this role, youโll lead the evolution of our LMS from a content repository into a high-impact learning environment. Youโll manage the platform end-to-end while shaping learning journeys, improving learner experience, and supporting measurement of engagement and outcomes.
Sitting at the intersection of learning design, systems, and performance, your work will directly influence how clinicians and teams engage with GPS โ and how effectively they translate learning into real-world results.
