After you apply to this job, you can share why you’re interested to jump to the top of the candidate list.

Job description

The Mission

We are growing, and we need a sharp, "Excel-first" mind to help manage the data that moves our business. This isn't just a "typing" job it is a "thinking" job.

We are looking for a candidate who is naturally curious and wants to understand the How and Why behind logistics and manufacturing. You will be entering the "Command Center" of our operations, where your work directly impacts how products are made, stored, and shipped globally.

Your Daily Impact

  • Data Integrity: You will be responsible for the accurate entry and management of operational data (inventory, production logs, shipping schedules) within Excel.
  • Process Tracking: You will help maintain the spreadsheets that act as the "source of truth" for our manufacturing and distribution teams.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Because data touches everything, you’ll be working with different departments, giving you a 360-degree view of how a major supply chain operates.
  • Problem Solving: You won't just enter data; you'll flag inconsistencies, suggest better ways to track information, and help us "clean" our records for maximum efficiency.

Who You Are (The Requirements)

  • Excel Capable: You don’t just know how to open a spreadsheet. You understand formulas, sorting, filtering, and ideally, you’ve played around with Pivot Tables or VLOOKUPs.
  • Naturally Smart & Sharp: You pick up new systems quickly. You have a "zero-error" mindset and a high attention to detail.
  • Hungry to Learn: You want more than just a paycheck. You want to understand how a manufacturing plant runs, how logistics networks function, and how a business scales.
  • Professional Grit: You are reliable, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly moving.

Why Join This Environment?

  • The "Masterclass" Experience: This role is a "foot-in-the-door" to the world of Logistics, Manufacturing, and Distribution. You will learn more here in six months than you would in two years at a standard desk job.
  • Mentorship: We value "High-Potential" people. If you show us you’re capable, we will invest in your growth and help you move into specialized operational or analytical roles.
  • Dynamic Culture: Our environment is energetic, professional, and built on the idea that every piece of data matters.

Ready to show us what you can do?

We aren't just looking for a resume; we’re looking for a person. If you are tech-savvy, organized, and ready to work, hit Apply and tell us about the coolest thing you’ve ever built or managed in an Excel spreadsheet.

Company Description

Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a dedicated, supportive team focused on innovation
Growth Opportunities: We invest in our employees’ professional development, offering ample opportunities for learning and career advancement
Competitive Compensation: We provide a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience
Family-Oriented Culture: As a family-owned business, we foster a sense of teamwork, respect, and flexibility that helps everyone succeed
