In this role, you'll harness artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to design, develop, and rapidly deploy learning modules that impact associates worldwide. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, coupled with demonstrated ability to use generative AI for rapid prototyping, content generation, and process optimization. * Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various enhanced by AI for scenario generation, assessment creation, and content personalization
* Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives utilizing AI to generate first drafts, variations, and quality improvements
* Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
* Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
* Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
* Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies with particular focus on emerging AI tools and their applications in instructional design
* Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
* Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
* Pioneer AI-driven processes that enable the team to scale content production while maintaining quality standards and reducing time to deployment
