Vice President, Learning & Development Expert – BNP Paribas RCC, Inc

Jersey City, NJ (Telecommuting allowed up to 40% of the time). The role supports learning and development initiatives across seven countries, including the Americas, and directly contributes to the organization’s strategic talent plan.

  • Design, deliver, and oversee learning programs and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Create talent‑development road‑maps and deliver instruction in person and digitally.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including identification, contracting, and evaluation of work products.
  • Secure stakeholder buy‑in, allocate resources, and align program direction across the organization.
  • Lead change, balancing competing priorities and ambiguity within a complex matrix organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Change Management, Graphic Design, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Alternatively, an Associate degree in the same area with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience with talent and development in the financial services industry.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location.
