This is a hands-on production role ideal for a creative learning professional who enjoys building modern digital learning experiences and partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Learning Experience & Content Design
  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials including eLearning modules, interactive microlearning, facilitator guides, practice activities, job aids, and blended learning experiences. Develop content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, advanced Microsoft PowerPoint features, and graphic design principles.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional frameworks, and design standards established by the Learning Architect.
  • Build content that supports multiple learner types, customers, internal teams, facilitators, and new hires.
  • Translate complex product features and workflows into clear, digestible learning experiences.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with L&D Program Managers, L&D Lead, and Product Enablement to understand learning needs tied to implementations, product updates, and customer feedback.
  • Work with SMEs across Product, CX, Support, and Operations to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with business processes.
  • Collaborate with facilitators and L&D Specialists to prepare delivery-ready training materials used in live sessions.

Content Maintenance & Version Control
  • Update existing learning content based on product releases and workflow changes in partnership with the Learning Architect and Product Learning & Enablement Manager.
  • Maintain organized course files, documentation, media assets, and version history in accordance with L&D governance standards.
  • Ensure learning solutions remain accessible, up-to-date, and searchable within the LMS and knowledge repositories.

Assessment & Learning Measurement
  • Develop Level 1-2 measurement tools in partnership with the Learning Architect, including knowledge checks, assessments, and application activities.
  • Use feedback and learner performance data to refine content and improve clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.

Facilitation Support (Occasional)
  • Support L&D teams in preparing for live delivery by enhancing facilitator guides, instructional prompts, demos, and activity instructions.
  • Occasionally participate in train-the-trainer sessions to ensure alignment between design intent and delivery execution.
  • Support live training needs by occasionally facilitating client-facing training sessions during periods of high implementation volume.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay current on trends in instructional design, SaaS product education, adult learning science, and digital learning innovations.
  • Recommend enhancements to learning experiences that improve usability, engagement, or scalability.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled design tools to support content prototyping, interactive generation, or multimedia development under the governance of the Learning Architect.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Experience designing digital learning for both internal and external audiences.

  • Portfolio of instructional design work required (samples of eLearning, guides, microlearning, scripts, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
