Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership and Execution:
    • Align L&D initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
    • Implement the FARE process: Familiarize, Audit, Recommend, Execute.
    • Manage and oversee learning for new product or service launches, geographical expansions, and technology stack consolidations.
    • Build and staff a complete L&D function for new business units or projects.
  • Operational Flexibility:
    • Provide flexible L&D leadership to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
    • Fill interim gaps in senior learning leadership positions.
    • Support organizations in creating or centralizing their L&D departments.
  • Cost Management:
    • Deliver cost-effective solutions by optimizing L&D investments and reducing the overhead associated with full-time positions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors to integrate L&D efforts with broader business objectives.
    • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure L&D efforts are aligned and effective.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Vice President, or Director of Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution within the L&D space.
