The AIML Data Operations team is dedicated to technology, with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience. The Head of Communications, Engagement, and Learning & Development is responsible for shaping the organization's internal communications, employee engagement, and learning strategy. Working closely with executive leadership, the People team, and business leaders, this role builds a high-performance culture by ensuring employees are informed, connected, empowered, and continuously developing the skills needed to support business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will combine expertise in organizational communications, change management, talent development, and employee experience to foster an agile, inclusive, and collaborative workplace within a fast-paced technology environment.

This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated strategy across three critical pillars: internal communications, employee engagement, and learning & development. You will combine expertise in organizational communications, change management, talent development, and employee experience to foster an agile, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. Success in this role means employees across the AIML Data Operations organization feel informed about business priorities, engaged in their work, and supported in their growth.","responsibilities":"Shape and deliver an internal communications strategy that keeps employees connected to the organization's mission and strategic priorities
Craft executive messaging, company-wide announcements, and employee campaigns that inspire and inform
Design employee engagement programs, including listening strategies such as surveys and focus groups, that strengthen culture and retention
Build a company-wide learning and development strategy, including leadership development, onboarding, and technical or professional learning pathways
Manage the digital tools and platforms, from intranet and collaboration platforms to LMS systems, that bring these programs to life

Lead change communication planning for organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in a related field
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, organizational development, or learning and development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Experience within a high-growth technology, software, engineering, or digital organization, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives
Expertise in internal communication strategies and digital communication platforms, along with knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience using employee engagement and survey platforms
Strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders
Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, collaboration technologies, and people analytics
Strong project and program management capabilities
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
A data-driven approach to decision-making

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $250,800 and $376,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
