POSITION OVERVIEW
Pennoni is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of impactful learning programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning by developing innovative training solutions and partnering with business leaders to build workforce capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training priorities across departments.
  • Evaluate existing learning solutions using feedback, surveys, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with managers to support employee growth through career development and pathing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver curriculum for diverse audiences across multiple learning formats.
  • Collaborate with business partners to enhance L&D programs, policies, and processes.
  • Identify and implement learning technologies and tools to improve delivery, tracking, and program effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring employees complete required and compliance training.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Promote awareness of learning opportunities through clear and consistent communication.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or a related HR function.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
