Forbes Travel Guide is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Vice President, Partner Services - Americas to lead business development efforts and grow consulting revenue across the Northeast United States region.
Forbes Travel Guide's Partner Services division provides consulting, training, custom standards, quality assessments, and strategic advisory services to luxury hospitality organizations worldwide. While historically focused on hotels, restaurants, and spas, the division has expanded into cruise lines, luxury residential, private healthcare, assisted living, and other high-touch service industries.
This individual will be responsible for developing and expanding client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and growing revenue across the region through a broad portfolio of Forbes Travel Guide consulting solutions.
The position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Partner Services and collaborates closely with Operations and Learning & Development teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will reside near a major metropolitan area and airport to support client and prospect engagement throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand relationships with prospective and existing clients across the luxury hospitality and service sectors
  • Promote and position Forbes Travel Guide consulting solutions, including training programs, custom standards, quality assessments, and strategic consulting services
  • Drive new business development efforts to meet or exceed established revenue goals
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong portfolio of regional client relationships
  • Clearly articulate the value and benefits of Forbes Travel Guide's products and services to prospective clients
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal Operations and Learning & Development teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide offerings, industry trends, and client needs to strengthen long-term partnerships

Qualifications & Experience
  • 15+ years of sales, operations, or business development experience within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Experience working with luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, resorts, cruise lines, or related high-touch service industries preferred
  • Strong executive presence with polished presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional, hospitable, and client-focused approach
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce
