Job description

What you do:
Under minimal supervision, responsible for the design, development, delivery and curation of a variety of learning solutions while applying adult learning principles. Assesses learning content to ensure alignment with business priorities and learning objectives, and is learner-centric. Responsible for project work using project management skills while also applying design and facilitation standards. Also responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with peers, key business partners and learners. Upholds quality standards by reviewing materials, conducting classroom observations and providing feedback to individuals and management. You will report to the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Design, develop and curate learner-centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches (e.g. e-learning, job aids, instructor led (in-person and virtually), self-study and video). Prepare, facilitate and produce a learning experience to learners that also includes assessment and measurement methods, as appropriate, to evaluate programs and complete end-to-end project management.
  • Partner with the business, serving as a liaison for projects and/or acting as the project manager for small and larger sized projects/initiatives. Communicates to the leadership team and business stakeholders the recommended learning solutions with business learning outcomes to show the business impact to the department/company.
  • Encompass learning logistics of courses (classroom or virtually) with the support in the LMS (powered by SuccessFactors SAP) and other learning platforms.
  • Align to other projects, committees and initiatives as needed, along with coaching, mentoring and evaluating for peers on the team. Review learning materials for accuracy and appropriate content, and conduct classroom observations.
  • Leverage advanced artificial intelligence tools and resources, including generative AI, to enhance our digital and data learning strategies, and drive AI adoption through targeted upskilling and learning interventions.

What you bring:
  • 4+ years of experience required in a formal learning environment preferrable in a corporate environment.
  • Two-year degree required: enrolled in a program and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range: $69,000 - $103,500
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
