  • Own day-to-day LMS administration, including course creation, assignments, enrollments, completions, and user support

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready learner records, learning paths, course catalogs, and compliance documentation

  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and recommend improvements to the overall learner experience

  • Develop and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports on learning activity, completion status, and participation trends

  • Act as the go-to resource for employees and managers on LMS navigation, training assignments, and digital learning questions

Talent & Learning Enablement

  • Support broader talent initiatives and contribute to shaping a learning culture by contributing to projects across talent management, learning, and employee development

  • Draft clear internal communications that promote learning opportunities and reinforce a culture of continuous growth

  • Develop dashboards and reports that track skill progress, learning participation, and development impact

  • Use learning and talent data to identify trends, highlight gaps, and support better talent decisions

  • Build working knowledge of CompoSecure's talent processes and development offerings to guide employees and leaders to the right resources

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn learning and talent data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across HR and the business

  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in helping people build skills and grow their careers

Preferred Qualifications:
