If you're a recent grad - or almost finished with your MLT program - and you're ready to take the leap into the world of medical lab science, we've got a spot for you. This full-time role is ideal for someone who's motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to make a real impact. Whether you're looking for day, night, or weekend shifts, we offer flexibility that works with your life.
You'll be joining a collaborative clinical team in a unique region known for its wide-open landscapes, stunning skies, and a strong sense of community. What You'll Be Doing
  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing blood, urine, and tissue samples in a clinical lab setting
  • Operating and maintaining a variety of medical lab instruments and diagnostic tools
  • Performing routine tests that help physicians diagnose and treat patients effectively
  • Adhering to lab quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Documenting and reporting test findings in a clear, timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with safety standards, regulations, and patient confidentiality
What You'll Bring
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field
  • Recent graduates or students nearing completion of an MLT program are encouraged to apply
  • Certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent preferred (or eligible to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Basic computer skills for lab systems and documentation
