Summary

The role of Analyst II, Advanced Leak Detection Program will be responsiblefor supporting the ongoing implementation of the Advanced Leak Detection Program (ALDP) in all operating areas. Duties include managing and analyzing program data, developing reports, monitoring contractor performance, coordinating program activities with field operations, and maintaining program effectiveness initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the company’s Advanced Leak Detection Program, including support of the emissions survey data collection process and assignment of survey areas.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of consistent operational and productivity metrics and program effectiveness measures related to ALDP that support the program’s strategic goals.
  • Utilize the ESRI GIS mapping system and work management system in preparing documents and/or electronic files needed for ALDP surveys and periodic data reports.
  • Support training of Field Operations and contractor personnel with ALDP work processes and applications as needed.
  • Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting as needed, including technical support of affected Field Operations and contractor personnel.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboards for Executive and Field Operations leadership.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for this dynamic environment.
Required Education (certifications, licenses)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, geography or related field, required.
  • Valid driver's license, required.
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Maximo and GIS required; 3 years preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis and reporting required; 3 years preferred.
  • Field Operations and leak survey experience, preferred.
Physical demands, environment and schedule
  • Normal Work Environment – Work is normally performed in a shared office environment.
  • Typically, normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
