VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Pressure Test Dent Removal Mechanic for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NMย 
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position.ย  Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am- 3:30 pmย 
Pay for this position is $16.- $18ย  per hour

As a Pressure Test Dent Removal Mechanic, you will:ย 
  • Perform hydrostatic pressure tests on aircraft ducting to verify structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
  • Remove dents and restore ducting components to original condition during repair processes.
  • Operate and maintain shop equipment used for pressure testing and dent removal.
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards in accordance with aerospace industry regulations.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records for compliance and traceability.

Pressure Test & Dent Removal Mechanic candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:ย 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read & Speak English fluently
  • 2-3 years' experience in aviation, manufacturing, mechanical testing or industrial environments
  • Experience performing pressure and leak testing on components or assemblies preferred
  • Familiar with pressure testing equipment, gauges, regulators, and leak detection methods
  • Able to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Have strong documentation skills and Attention to detail when recording test results
  • Ideal candidate has aviation component testing or aircraft system testing experience
