In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our patients in Beaverton, Oregon. You will work onsite in our outpatient office, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with modern equipment and technology designed to enhance patient care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. You will be responsible for managing approximately 35 patient visits per week, providing you with the opportunity to build strong rapport with your patients as you assist them on their recovery journeys.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional health to identify functional limitations using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop, implement, and adapt personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, patient goals, and physician recommendations.
• Utilize targeted interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, cognitive skill enhancement exercises, and necessary environmental modifications to support recovery.
• Document and track patient progress systematically, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest best practices in occupational therapy and adhere to regulatory standards to provide high-quality care.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on comprehensive care plans.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, with a preference for candidates with experience in skilled nursing or outpatient rehabilitation facilities.

• In-depth understanding of contemporary occupational therapy practices and ethical standards.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare software to manage patient documentation.
• Experience developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs that demonstrate measurable outcomes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

We offer competitive compensation within a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
