Financial Assistance – Participation as a Leading Practice Reviewer is first and foremost a volunteer activity; however, financial support is available to patients or family members where the individual has self-identified that financial hardship creates a barrier to full participation in the standards development process. Individuals who are supported by their organizations to attend on-site meetings or who are receiving a pension are not eligible to receive compensation.
