Executive Coaching and Organizational Development Program Management Lead

The Boeing Company's Coaching and Organizational Development organization is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Executive Coaching and Organizational Development Program Management Lead to manage the coordination and delivery of enterprise executive coaching and organizational development programs. This role is responsible for building and managing the operational infrastructure that supports executive coaching across the enterprise and can be located in Seattle, WA, North Charleston, SC or Berkeley, MO.

As a newly created position, the individual will have the unique opportunity to establish systems, processes, workflows, and reporting from the ground up, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for leaders, Human Resources (HR) partners, coaches, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong program and project management skills with a solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration and deep coaching expertise. They also demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, along with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise executive coaching and organizational development programs, including multiple concurrent projects

  • Define, implement, and improve program workflows, governance, and operating rhythms

  • Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

  • Build, maintain, and automate tools and processes that support consistent and efficient program delivery

  • Own and refine the intake process for executive coaching requests in partnership with HR Business Partners and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the Coaching Team to match leaders with coaches and maintain visibility into coach availability and utilization

  • Coordinate engagement logistics, scheduling, milestone tracking, and communication with coaches and stakeholders

  • Manage relationships and operational follow-up with approved external coaching partners

  • Provide timely updates and guidance to HR Business Partners, leaders, and senior stakeholders on coaching requests and program status

  • Maintain accurate data, dashboards, reports, and executive summaries on coaching requests, utilization, and outcomes

  • Analyze trends and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement and scalability

  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of enterprise coaching and organizational development capabilities

  • Maintain an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and engage in ongoing professional development

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential or higher level certification

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • 5+ years of experience using advanced data visualization software, such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI

  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience with SharePoint design
