Position Description:
We're building a modern, global learning and leadership development experience at PAR-and this role will help make it real. The Global Learning & Development Manager will collaborate with leaders to understand capability needs, from new manager readiness to senior leadership effectiveness, and turn those insights into practical, relevant learning experiences that drive performance. This is a hands-on role focused on executing and facilitating learning programs-designing programs, facilitating sessions, driving adoption, and measuring results. You'll also help manage partnerships with external learning providers and ensure we're getting real value and impact from those investments.

Head of Global Talent Strategy
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Leadership Development
• Proven experience building and delivering leadership and/or manager development programs
• Experience designing and developing online learning, microlearning and other self-paced content
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Experience facilitating leadership sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs
• Ability to partner with leaders at different levels and translate business needs into development solutions
• Strong communication skills-able to create messaging that drives engagement and behavior change
• Experience working with learning platforms, content providers, or LMS/LXP tools
• Comfortable using data and feedback to assess impact and continuously improve programs
• Experience working in a global environment across regions preferred

• Support the delivery of leadership development programs aligned to leadership expectations.
• Deliver manager development experiences that support performance and engagement.
• Create, implement and/or support onboarding programs to help new employees ramp up effectively.
• Support learning experiences that introduce practical AI applications.
• Collect input and data to help identify capability gaps.
• Design and deliver learning experiences across leadership, business, technical, and professional skill areas
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and cohort experiences.
• Coordinate with external content providers to support program delivery.
• Support program adoption through clear communication.
• Track participation and feedback to inform program improvements.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning programs to priorities.
