Job description

American Senior Communities is seeking a Training and Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Training and Development Manager who is passionate about employee growth and driven to create innovative solutions that empower employees to perform at their best.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner, aligning talent development strategies with organizational priorities, and focusing on leadership development. You will apply strong instructional design methodologies to design, develop, and facilitate impactful learning experiences—both virtual and in-person. Additionally, you will leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, measure impact against business goals, and continuously refine development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering learning solutions 
  • Experience in leadership development is required
  • Long term care experience is preferred
