IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Web Developer-PHP/CSS/HTML5/Drupal to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona.. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description


The purpose of this position is to provide quality support and services to the public and agency through the development of our Client's websites, applications, online environments and other Web-related initiatives using best practices, including user-center design and responsive design. The Application Developer performs new development and design for our Client's websites, applications, and social media environments that meet technical and functional requirements; performs fixes and maintenance of existing Web-related environments; troubleshoots existing website coding issues; engages with team and stakeholders to understand and establish functional requirements; contributes to project-related documentation and prepares technical documentation; produces deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle; and conducts quality assurance activities and testing to maintain and improve applications and systems. 


The main functions of the position include to develop and maintain websites, Web applications, social media applications and other dynamic Web content. 
- Requires experience, proficiency and advanced knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Javascript, SASS/SCSS and Drupal 
- includes advanced knowledge of LAMP environments, versioning systems, database management systems, user-centered design, responsive Web design, best practices regarding accessibility, search engine optimization & mobile delivery. 
- Other duties include to perform quality assurance and review of new and existing websites, applications, online environments and related services for internal standards, best practices, and adherence to usability, accessibility, and other standards; and communicate and enforce internal design, development, and content standards; and to contribute to project/standards and technical/functional documentation.
