What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to lead analytical work across customer conversion, follow-up, retention, and recapture. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong technical skills, business judgment, and the ability to independently turn ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations with urgency and a bias toward action.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where ideas move quickly from concept to production. You will work on projects that are not only technically challenging but also highly visible and business-critical, delivering tangible impact across the organization. Analysts are empowered to take initiative, think creatively, and solve hard problems-resulting in deeply rewarding and high-leverage contributions that drive revenue and profit for the company.
What You'll Do:
  • Identify and quantify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Develop KPIs, reporting, and experimental measurement strategies.
  • Partner directly with business leaders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Servicing.
  • Build and optimize complex T-SQL analyses and data solutions.
  • Provide analytical leadership and guidance to other analysts.

What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Advanced T-SQL and data visualization skills.
  • Strong experimentation and statistical measurement experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, business judgment, and executive communication skills.

High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

Compensation:
Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $140,000 - $165,000.
