What is a lead server full time?

A Lead Server Full Time is a senior member of a restaurant’s waitstaff who is responsible for overseeing other servers, ensuring excellent customer service, and often handling complex guest requests. They work full-time hours and help train new staff, coordinate table assignments, and resolve customer issues.
