We have an immediate need for a Quality Control Inspectors position. We are an ISO-9001 Certified OEM manufacturer. The selected individual will be part of a growing, fast paced global manufacturer and report to the Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Control Inspector will perform daily inspection of incoming materials, in-process materials and final assembly materials and complete all necessary reports needed. Job Skills The QC Inspector must be able to read basic electrical drawings/or assembly drawings. The QC Inspector must be able to use a variety of measurement equipment, tape measures, calipers, gauges, micrometers in metric and Std. units of measure. The QC Inspector must have previous ISO-9001 or comparable QMS experience. Must have better than average computer skills. Previous experience w/ wire, cable, wire harnesses, elec. assembly/testing will make you stand out.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform incoming inspection on specific products identified by management as critical. Perform daily in-process inspection. Perform basic lab tests on random samples of incoming materials for lab testing as required by management. Perform daily finished goods inspection Perform equipment calibrations as required Complete all documentation as it relates to daily inspection process or lab test. Assist in the processing of Returned Goods for the field and issue appropriate reports. Other duties as deemed appropriate by management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Read basic electrical and assembly drawings. Mid-Level computer knowledge: 1 year
