Job Title: Lead Python developer
Location: Raliegh, NC (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Only W2 - Citizens

Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Python programming lang , with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership     role.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Python programming, Django/Flask Api framework and working in large datasets..
  • Experience in deployments and code optimization
  • Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server including writing complex queries. Knowledge of PostGreSQL is a plus.
  • Tools: Knowledge of version control systems like Git, and experience of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub   Actions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-    technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Banking Industry/Lending portfolio is a plus
  • Knowledge in PD/LGD model is an added advantage

 Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, performing requirement analysis, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with Business teams, cross-functional teams, including product owner, designers, and QA team
