About the Role:

We are adding a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing project performance, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will work closely with Superintendents and Project Engineers to plan work, manage costs, and drive overall project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant construction
  • Background working with a self-perform general contractor
  • Experience managing complex mechanical or heavy civil projects
  • Familiarity with estimating, preconstruction, and project turnover processes

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project performance including schedule, budget, and client relationships 
  • Lead project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and construction approach 
  • Work with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and major work activities 
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution 
  • Manage pay applications, cash flow, and project financials 
  • Support and lead Project Engineers and co-ops 
  • Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project startup 
  • Identify and resolve project issues related to scope, cost, or schedule
