Purpose of Role

The Lead Product Manager, Mobile App Content & Personalization will focus on maximizing the impact of brand storytelling, product activation, content experiences, and personalization initiatives within Under Armour's mobile app experience across iOS and Android.

In this role, you will partner closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, merchandising, and site operations teams to deliver engaging mobile experiences that bring brand campaigns, product launches, and consumer experiences to life for athletes.

You will own a roadmap focused on content, personalization, and consumer engagement, helping shape how athletes discover relevant products, content, and experiences throughout their journey while driving measurable business outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Own and execute a roadmap of mobile app content, personalization, and consumer experience initiatives across Under Armour's native mobile applications.
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and site operations teams to bring campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, athlete stories, and commercial initiatives to life within the mobile app.
  • Define product strategy and requirements for content experiences, personalization initiatives, product storytelling and discovery experiences that drive athlete engagement and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with personalization teams to identify opportunities for more relevant and engaging consumer experiences through audience insights and behavioral data.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization, partnering closely with engineering, UX, analytics, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify new opportunities, solve consumer pain points, and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Identify and execute test-and-learn opportunities that improve content performance, consumer engagement, conversion, and overall app experience.
  • Build compelling product narratives and clearly communicate strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and roadmap direction to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences across iOS and Android, while supporting release planning, QA validation, launch coordination, and post-launch optimization.
  • Champion a mobile-first mindset by continuously exploring new ways to connect athletes with relevant content, products, and experiences throughout their journey.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software, technology, eCommerce, digital product, mobile applications, or related consumer-focused fields, including 3+ years in product management.
  • Experience leading digital product initiatives within mobile applications and delivering consumer-facing experiences across iOS and Android, including release planning, analytics, QA, and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong product strategy, prioritization, roadmap management, and execution skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams from discovery through launch.
  • Experience partnering with marketing, merchandising, and site operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and content experiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and consumer insights to inform product decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional partners and driving alignment around product strategy. Experience with content strategy, personalization, merchandising, campaign activation, or consumer engagement is a plus.

Base Compensation

$125,000.00-$165,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
