Our primary capabilities include Nitinol components, balloon expandable stents and balloon catheters, delivery systems, biomedical textiles, access kits, and guidewires. We take pride in our position as the leader in the medical technology space and are driven by a passion to create products that our clients have envisioned for their customers.

We are looking for a Materials Handler I to join our team in Warwick, RI. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow, and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets.

As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage shipment of all goods to customers and subcontractors.
  • Receiving and processing of all incoming materials.
  • Manage UPS/Fedex and International shipment requirements.
  • Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment
  • Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy of shipment.
  • Perform incoming inspection activity and documentation related to incoming inspection.
  • Pack, seal and label materials to prepare for shipping Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures, and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Prepare documents, such as packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials Ensure on time shipment, track shipment requirements.
  • Track on time delivery metric.
  • Complete training and perform duties as manufacturing technician on an as required basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in english.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Report all unsafe activities to Supervisor and/ or Human Resources.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and cross site company goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned..
