Mission

The Senior IT Coordinator will coordinate IT activities and serve as the central point of contact between the IT Manager, outsourced service providers, and internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, prioritize, and follow up on requests assigned to Level 2 and Level 3 support providers.
Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, including Microsoft 365, CRM, and other implementation or improvement initiatives.
Contribute to maintaining IT standards, processes, and best practices.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to systems, projects, and procedures.
Provide occasional support to the IT Manager on strategic and operational activities.
Maintain a daily on-site presence to support teams and ensure strong operational visibility.
