Passionate about turning bold ideas into high-performance tailored environments? We're looking for a talented Lead  Interior Designer to join our growing team;  collaborating with clients and our internal team to define project needs, developing layouts and renderings using our product line, and delivering detailed proposals that bring inspiring workspaces to life.


What You'll Do
  • Manage project design que and prioritize them for the product designers
  • Meet with clients, dealers, architects, and sales teams to define project needs: goals, budget and schedule.
  • Develop workspace solutions, including layouts, drawings, renderings, and pricing and material options.
  • Work with product development and design to ensure accuracy.
  • Revise layouts and selections based on client feedback, pricing and lead times. Supporting projects as proposals evolve into excellent customer solutions.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 35 years of experience in contract office furniture design.
  • Expertise in specifying open office systems, large tables, and private office furniture, including height-adjustable solutions, modular power layouts, and finishes/material selections.
  • Proficient in 2D layouts, 3D modeling, and CET CAD Symbols.
Nice to Have
  • Proficiency in CET, Auto CAD SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Furniture/product design experience.
