What You'll Do
As a Gutter Installer, you'll work on residential and light commercial projects installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems, gutter guards, downspouts, and related exterior products. You'll work outdoors, interact professionally with customers, and take pride in clean, high-quality work.
What We're Looking For
Gutter installation experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate has some construction, carpentry, roofing, siding, exterior remodeling, or similar hands-on experience and is comfortable working with tools, ladders, and a crew.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, positive, and ready to be part of a team that values quality work and long-term growth.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Construction, carpentry, roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior remodeling experience preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders

Compensation
$18-20/hour during initial training then immediate raises with % pay, based on experience, performance, and completed work.
