 The Development Team Lead\/Developer is a senior level position responsible for architecting, designing, building and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.  <\/span>This position will be hands\-on (Javascipt, Typescript & React) and oversee a team of developers in the completion and delivery of mission critical projects.<\/span>\n
<\/p>\n

  • Provide in\-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions<\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Resolve variety of high impact problems\/projects through the evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards<\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint<\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and maintain standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation<\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals<\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Serve as advisor or coach to mid\-level developers and analysts, allocating work and monitoring performance<\/span>\n

    \n \n Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 12+ years of relevant experience in Application Development<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • At least 2 \- 3 years of experience Leading, Managing a Development team of at least 4 individuals<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong hands\-on Server\-side Java skills<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • In\-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React a plus<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong Experience with Oracle and\/or MongoDB database, creating SQL queries<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and\/or Test Driven Development environment<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • In\-depth knowledge about modern application architecture, practical experience with Microservices Framework like Spring Boot, Event Driven Services, Cloud Native Applications Development<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Practical experience with Web API, Kafka, GIT<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Data Modeling and data architecture experience a plus<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Ability to adjust priorities quickly<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication<\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
