About the Role:

The Lead Engineer will serve as the technical visionary and primary driver of engineering excellence within our professional, scientific, and technical services organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet rigorous quality, safety, and performance standards. The Lead Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients, and other engineers, to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions. By mentoring and guiding engineering staff, the Lead Engineer fosters a culture of continuous improvement, technical growth, and operational efficiency. Ultimately, this position ensures that engineering deliverables align with strategic objectives and contribute to the company’s reputation for technical leadership and client satisfaction across the United States market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex engineering projects within the professional, scientific, or technical services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory compliance applicable to the United States.
