Job Description Our client is a Middlesex County financial organization that is searching for a .NET Technical Lead/Architect with a prior background in banking. Our client proudly offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where technology teams are recognized with the value they deserve. They are looking for a Technical leader with a background in .NET and deep expertise in banking platforms (cash management, treasury management, EFT, DDA, Wire transfers, real time payments, AML.) **Fulltime position----client is unable to consider any candidate in need of work visa transfer or sponsorship (now or in the future)

Onsite 3x a week.** Key Responsibilities Lead, architect and develop banking solutions using the .NET languages, ensuring high availability, security, and alignment with governance standards. Leverage AWS services for application development, including database management, serverless computing, and cloud storage solutions. Architect and implement microservices using GraphQL and REST, adhering to modern microservices principles

Design, build, and test scalable APIs and platform services with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. Act as primary liaison with the API management vendor. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-quality cloud-native services.

Define and promote governance best practices for secure and efficient API development across the organization. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software design and development within a true banking environment (in a bank or banking SaaS) 4+ years in a Technical Lead/Application Architect role within a professional environment. Knowledge of API management platforms (e.g., WSO2, REST and GraphQL) Expertise in .NET enterprise architecture, integration, microservices, and cloud-native technologies

Utilize expertise in scripting languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python to deliver robust software solutions. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Expertise in banking platforms and operations, including cash management, treasury management, EFT, DDA, Wire transfers, real time payments, AML. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
