Job description

As a Product Manager, AI & Data, you'll drive the success of data and AI solutions that connect client business goals to modern data platforms and products. We are open to hiring at Lead and Senior Consultant level.

Core Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver data and AI platforms/products that solve real business problems, partnering with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders.
  • Turn business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and backlogs; lead agile planning and execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics across business, customer, product, and delivery; use data to drive prioritization and iteration.
  • Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration.
  • Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, surfacing risks early and driving alignment on decisions.
  • Senior Consultant: Lead core product workstreams within broader engagements and manage day-to-day coordination and workstream-level stakeholders.
  • Lead Consultant: Own engagement-level product vision, roadmap, and KPIs across multiple workstreams, and contribute to proposals, estimates, and key client conversations.

Qualifications (both levels)

  • Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products (consulting, SaaS, or enterprise).
  • Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong data & AI literacy.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment and communicate clearly with client stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance, and experience in change-heavy transformations.
  • Proficiency with product/project management tools and openness to AI-enabled execution tooling; willingness to travel as required.
  • Lead Consultant (in addition)
    • Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products.
    • Prior external consulting experience and contributions to business development.
    • Recognized as a go-to SME, comfortable with executive-facing communication, and able to shape engagement and account strategy.
