  • Experience with web development using JavaScript and React, Angular, or another  modern front-end framework.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, Entity Framework, or another ORM.
  • Experience developing or consuming APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git, source control practices, peer reviews, and collaborative software development.
  • Ability to independently develop, test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain application features.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, research, troubleshooting, or documentation.
  • Ability to work onsite
  • U.S. citizen with a current T3 investigation.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience within DOD DLA DPAS/ELMS or similar federal agencies.
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications or incrementally migrating functionality to newer technologies.
  • Exposure to microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, RabbitMQ, NServiceBus, or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity  with AI agents, MCP servers, retrieval-augmented generation, or other AI-enabled development workflows.
